How long am I tied in for?
You're free to leave anytime with just one month's notice at no extra cost. For admin convenience, agreements sit within a longer lease but in practice they work more like a rolling monthly arrangement. So you're not locked in if you wish to leave.
How much do units cost & what's included?
Monthly fees range from £828–£1,600 + VAT per month which includes unit rent, service charges, maintenance, shared facilities, site manager, buildings insurance and site security (including CCTV). The only extra costs are business rates (if applicable), electricity and broadband. Check if you're eligible here.
Is there parking available?
Yes, every unit has dedicated parking directly outside the unit, which makes day-to-day access really easy. There is also visitor parking on-site
