My business has been based at Space Business Centre Wokingham for a number of years now and I run a busy retail and online business.

Space is the perfect location for me with easy access for my customers to visit me onsite, I am located within easy reach to the town centre, train station and motorway so this site is brilliant as access is great for both my customers and for me to get to and from work.

The facilities and maintenance carried out onsite are excellent and maintained to a high standard.

The Site Manager is based here 3 days a week and is always on hand to deal with any issues tenants have immediately and is always available even if not onsite which is very important when running a business. The Site Manager is extremely efficient and gets the job done.

Also the flexibility of having a monthly Licence means that I do not have to put down large sums of money and be locked into a long term Lease.
